Online Registration Opens July 8th!
Online registration for the 2024-2025 school year opens on Monday, July 8, 2024. Registration is done through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal (LINK HERE). All DMPS need to register their students for school! Registration allows families to update important contact information, home address, and other school data necessities. You can also upload immunization records and physicals if applicable. Reminder that all incoming 7th graders need the required Tdap and Meningococcal vaccine in order to start school. Any 7th or 8th grader wanting to participate in sports needs a physical on file as well.
The Goodrell main office will be closed the week of July 8th – July 12th. Office registration assistance will be available beginning Monday, July 15th. Stop by the school office anytime between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm daily.
All incoming kindergarteners, 6th graders, and 9th graders need to provide proof of residency. If you have moved, please notify the school office and provide proof of residency as well. Examples are below. Regular piece of mail, cable bill, phone bill, etc. are NOT a valid form of proof of address. Any families that qualify for transportation need to complete online registration and provide proof of residency by July 31st in order to guarantee busing for the first day of school.

Accepted address verification documents:
- Utility Bill or Confirmation of Services (within the last 60 days)
- Lease or notarized statement from landlord
- Purchase Agreement
- Mortgage Statement
- Polk County Assessors- print copy of web page verifying property ownership
- Property tax statement
- Vehicle registration
- DHS Paperwork
- Shelter Stay Verification
If you are residing in another person’s home, please provide a notarized statement from that person stating you and your student(s) are living there, including their name and address, as well as one of the above approved address verification documents in their name.
