Distribution Days Round 2

We will be having our second round of distribution days this week!  Families can pick up the following items: Language and Literature Curriculum, Unit 2 Math Workbooks, and art supplies.  Families who need laptop support or still need to switch out their old hotspots can come during these times as well.

Distribution Days:

  • Wednesday, September 30 @ 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 
  • Thursday, October 1 @9:00 a.m. – 7:00 pm
  • Friday, October 2 @ 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

We will have a drive-thru in our south parking lot (farthest from Euclid by our cafeteria) like the previous pick-up days.

Reminder: ALL families are required to complete the Learning Model Survey that was sent last week in order to register your student’s choice of either Hybrid or 100% Virtual.  The survey needs to be completed by Sunday, October 4.  If you want to change your student’s cohort (Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday), please call the office at 515-242-8444.  Click HERE for the survey or copy and paste the following link into your browser: https://dmschools.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1Bp7ZlHLzjr3Fk1.
