Make sure to register by Friday, July 31!  Doing so will ensure your choice for your student’s Return to Learn option.  You can choose either the Virtual Learning Plan which is 100% online learning or the Hybrid Plan which is 50% in-person learning on either M/T or Th/F and 50% online learning.  Note that this choice is a first semester long commitment (August 26 – January 15).  Your student has been carefully pre-assigned to a M/T or Th/F cohort, however you can request to change when  you select the Hybrid Plan.  Please understand that the request is not a guarantee.  You can still register after July 31, but if you do,  your student will automatically be selected for the Hybrid Plan  with their pre-assigned two days.

Click HERE to access the Parent Portal on Infinite Campus.  Log in and click on “More” on the bottom of the left-hand side menu.  Then click on “Online Registration.”  Make sure you see ALL your students that you need to register.  Remember that ONLY primary guardians may register students.

Don’t remember your log-in information?  Not a problem!  Call the office at 515-242-8444 or email lauren.jacobs@dmschools.org to get the information and password reset.  You can also fill out this form HERE.  If you need additional registration help, please feel free to reach out as well.

If you have moved recently or have an incoming Kindergartener, 6th grader, or 12th grader, make sure to upload proof of residency to your online registration application or contact that office.  Approved forms of POR include a copy of the lease/purchase agreement, an electric or water bill from the last three months, vehicle registration, or DHS paperwork.

Students who qualify for transportation need to make sure they are registered by Wednesday, August 12 if not completed by the July 31st deadline.  This allows the students to be routed by the start of the school year.  If you register your student after August 12, they will not be routed on transportation until after Labor Day, even if they qualify.
