Locker Clean-Out Survey

Next week we will begin bagging student items for pick up.   Due to our students sharing lockers we are in need of your assistance in identifying the items that belong to your student.  Below are links to a survey to help us with identification.  If you or your student would please complete this by the end of the day Tuesday, May 12th.  Another message will be sent when we have the items bagged and ready for the drive thru pick up.  All items left in the building after pick up will be discarded.

La próxima semana comenzaremos a empacar artículos de los estudiantes para recogerlos. Debido a que nuestros estudiantes comparten casilleros, necesitamos su ayuda para identificar los artículos que pertenecen a su estudiante. A continuación hay enlaces a una encuesta para ayudarnos con la identificación. Si usted o su estudiante lo completarán al final del día martes, 12 de mayo. Se enviará otro mensaje cuando tengamos los artículos empaquetados y listos para la unidada a través de la recogida. Todos los artículos que quedan en el edificio después de la recogida serán descartados.
