DMU Back-To-School Physicals!

DMU is offering FREE back-to-school walk-in physicals on Thursday, July 25 from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. and Friday, July 26 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the DMU Olsen Center (3200 Grand Avenue).  Polk County Health Department will be on hand to provide vaccinations for qualifying families.  Have insurance?  Appointments are available!  Call 271-1710 to schedule.  Click HERE for more information.
