Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress

As we move into April, the spring testing season is quickly approaching!  The Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (Iowa Assessments) will be taken beginning April 15 through May 2.  All grades will be tested in math, language arts, writing, and reading.  Only 8th grade will additionally be tested in science.  The schedule will be as follows:

8th Grade:

  • Monday, April 15 – Math
  • Tuesday, April 16 – Language Arts & Writing
  • Thursday, April 18 – Reading
  • Friday, April 19 – Science

7th Grade:

  • Monday, April 22 – Math
  • Tuesday, April 23 – Language Arts & Writing
  • Thursday, April 25 – Reading

6th Grade:

  • Monday, April 29 – Math
  • Tuesday, April 30 – Language Arts & Writing
  • Thursday, May 2 – Reading
