Months of Reflection

Informed by the International Baccalaureate (IB) mission to develop active, compassionate and lifelong learners, the IB programmes foster a distinctive set of attributes. These qualities—embodied in the IB learner profile—prepare IB students to make exceptional contributions on campus.  To continue our spotlight on our different profiles, we are focusing on the reflective learner profile for the months of November and December!  Reflective students think about what they have read, done, or learned, in order to relate the lesson at hand to their own lives and to the world around them.  Our staff is on the look out for students using their reflection to make positive decisions for themselves, their classrooms, and the GMS community.  As we wrap up 2017 here at Goodrell Middle School, we are REFLECTIVE!
