Return to Learn Survey
On Friday, Mary 22, DMPS sent surveys to all families of grade PreK-11 students and all grade 5-11 students. The purpose of the surveys is to collect information to help get ready to return to school this fall. We want to hear from all of our families! Click on the following links to access the survey. After you click on the link, enter the primary household phone number in order to verify your identity. Students need to enter their 6-digit student ID number to verify themselves.
