FREE Back-to-School Clinics

Broadlawns Family Health Center is offering FREE walk-in back-to-school physicals Monday, August 19 through Friday, August 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  They are also offering a FREE walk-in vaccination night for all school required vaccinations on Wednesday, August 21 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  Appointments are also available.  Call 515-282-2334 to schedule.  Click here for more information: ENGLISH or SPANISH.  Broadlawns is located at 1761 Hickman Road, Des Moines, IA.
